One to one Nutritional Consultation

60-90 minutes approximately

Full detailed history taken from the Client in complete confidence. This is used to identify problem areas & set realistic goals. Existing eating habits are explored & areas where improvements can be made are identified. Your plan is put in place with dietary likes and dislikes taken into account.
